徐州巴特工程机械股份有限公司成立于1995年，是一家专业从事工程机械工作机具、以及大中型钣金结构的研发设计、生产制造及销售的民营股份制企业。目前是亚太区最大、世界一流的工作机具研发和制造商，是国家批准的高新技术企业。  公司现有两个全资子公司：徐州巴特国际贸易有限公司和星巴特（泰国）有限公司，其中星巴特（泰国）有限公司为海外投资项目。

        公司现有员工600余人，注册资本1.35亿元。公司共占地13万平方米，厂房面积约5万平方米。现有七条大型自动化生产线，其中年产10万台套的斗铲生产线、年产5万台套的液压挖掘机上车架总成生产线具有国际先进水平。

        公司先后于2000年5月公司通过卡特彼勒MQ1005质量体系认证；2009年3月通过美国卡特彼勒公司全球优秀供应商铜牌认证；同年7月通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系、ISO14001:2004环境管理体系、OHSAS18001:1999职业健康安全管理体系认证；2010年10月成为卡特彼勒全球钣金结构首家银牌供应商；2012年5月荣获卡特彼勒全球采购亚太区供应商焊接比赛冠军，6月获得卡特彼勒全球采购供应商协作设计最高奖。

        公司主要客户为美国卡特彼勒公司、美国凯斯公司、德国利勃海尔公司、瑞典阿特拉斯等国际知名跨国工程机械制造商，目前约40%以上的产品出口，产品主要销往欧洲、美洲、亚太及中东、独联体等国家和地区。

        Founded  in  1995,  Xuzhou  BUT  Construction  Machinery  Joint-stock  Co.,  Ltd  is  a  private  joint-stock  enterprise  specialized  in  researching,  developing,  manufacturing  and  selling  of  engineering  machinery  work  tools  and  large&  medium-sized  steel  structure.  Currently,  it  is  the  national  high-tech  enterprise,  as  well  as  the  Asia  Pacific＇s  largest,  world-class  work  tools  innovator  and  manufacturer.  The  company  now  has  two  wholly  owned  subsidiaries:  Xuzhou  BUT  International  Trade  Co.,  Ltd  and  Star  BUT  （Thailand）  Co.,  Ltd；  and  Star  BUT  is  an  overseas  investment  project.

        With  the  registered  capital  of  135  million  RMB  and  more  than  600  employees,  the  company  covers  an  area  of  130,000  square  meters,  among  which  the  plant  area  is  50,000  square  meters.  Currently,  it  has  seven  large  automatic  production  lines；  the  bucket  production  line  with  an  annual  output  of  100,000  sets  and  the  hydraulic  excavator  skirt  Assembly  line  with  an  annual  output  of  50,000  have  reached  the  international  advanced  level.

        In  May  2000,  the  company  passed  Caterpillar  MQ  1005  Quality  System  certification；  in  March  2009,  it  won  SQEP  Bronze  level；  the  same  year  in  July,  it  was  certified  with  ISO9001:2008  Quality  Management  System,  ISO14001:2004  Environmental  Management  System  and  OHSAS18001:1999  Occupation  Health  and  Safety  Management  System.  In  May  2010,  it  became  the  first  SQEP  silver  supplier  for  Caterpillar’s  thick  metal  plate  structure  parts.  In  May  2012,  it  won  the  champion  in  Caterpillar  1st  China  Supplier  Welding  Competition；  in  June,  it  got  the  top  prize  in  Caterpillar  EMD  Supplier  Design.

        The  company’s  main  customers  are  multinational  construction  machinery  manufacturers  with  internationally-known  brand,  such  as  Caterpillar  Inc,  Case  Corp,  Liebherr,  Atlas,  etc.  Currently,  more  than  40%  of  its  products  are  exported  to  Europe,  America,  Asia-Pacific,  the  Middle  East  and  other  Countries  and  Districts.
