职位描述：
The  position  of  Inspector  will  have  responsibility  for,  but  not  limited  to,  the  following  job  duties:  检验员的职责包括但不限于以下内容：
1.  Operate  the  NDT  testing  machine  according  to  the  work  instruction  strictly  and  carefully.
严格按NDT作业指导书进行设备操作。
2.  Perform  the  daily  inspection  via  methods  （UT,  MT,  LP,  BHN,  etc.）  on  time  in  production  process  as  per  drawing,  code,  standard,  and  specification,  and  generate,  issue  the  inspection  reports  to  related  party  in  a  timely  manner.
在生产过程中，根据图纸、标准、规范按时进行常规检测（超声波检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测，硬度测量等），并及时出具相关检验报告并传发给有关各方。
3.  Perform  the  inspection  for  casting,  including  dimension  check,  surface  roughness  measurement  and  surface  quality  inspection.
按铸造模具的图样、技术条件及合同的特殊要求，检查铸造模具各零件的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度和有无明显划痕及创伤等。
4.  Inform  Inspector  Supervisor  when  found  the  defect  or  any  nonconformity,  follow  NCR  procedure,  and  follow  up  the  corrective  actions.
发现不合格项、缺陷等及时通知检验主管并跟踪纠正措施。
5.  Maintain  all  NDE  equipment  and  material  in  acceptance  and  valid  situation；  finish  the  daily  maintenance  of  the  testing  machine.
维护所有无损检测设备及辅料，保证其处于合格及有效状态,严格按设备点检要求对设备进行日常保养和检查
6.  Do  the  things  according  to  the  company’s  safety  regulation.
严格遵守公司的安全规章制度。
7.  Perform  assignments  other  than  above  from  Inspection  Supervisor  or  Quality  Manager.  完成检测主管或质量经理分配的其他任务。


Person  Specification 任职资格的具体描述：
1.  College  or  above  of  Mechanical  or  related  education；
机械类相关专业专科以上学历。
2.  Holding  UT/PT/MT  Level  II  certification  issued  by  AQSIQ,  at  least  3  years  on-site  NDE  working  experience.
须持有国家质检总局颁发的UT/PT/MT  3个II级证书，至少3年无损检测实际操作经验。
3.  Be  familiar  with  the  characteristics,  mainly  process  flow  and  inspection  requirement  of  casting,  understand  normal  defect.
熟悉铸件制造的主要特点、主要工艺流程和检验要求，了解常见缺陷。
4.  Knowledge  of  using  simple  measure  equipment.
熟悉使用简单的量具
5.  Good  knowledge  of  national  and/or  international  codes,  standard,  e.g.  JB/T  4730,  GB/T  7233,  ASME.
熟悉国内外无损检测标准，如JB/T  4730,  GB/T  7233,  ASME。
6.  Have  good  operations  skill  to  office  software,  i.e.,  Microsoft  Office  and  AutoCAD
能使用office办公软件及AutoCAD。
7.  Good  team  work  player,  quick  learner,  adept  into  new  environment
团队合作能力强，能快速适应新环境。

此岗位必须持有无损检测相关证书。
