1． Should: University graduated, majored in related discipline like mechanical, electrical or instrument. Have 5 or more years experience in equipment manufacturing. Be familiar with the fabrication of pipe, steel structure, pressure vessel, module or cold box and related process and technique. Preferred: Bachelor with 8-15 years experience. Current working in company for modularization fabrication of equipment for chemical, petro-chemical or air separation and customers include famous international company.
必须：机械、电气、仪表类相关专业大学毕业，具有5年以上装备制造业或现场工程建设的技术管理经验。熟悉管道预制、钢结构、压力容器、模块或冷箱制作流程与工艺的要求。最好：本科毕业，8-15年工作经验，目前公司为化工、石化、空气分离等装备的模块化制造或现场工程建设、且客户包括国际知名公司者。；
2． Should: Act as technique manager of medium or big company for industry mentioned above now, or technique lead engineer for more than 3 years. Preferred: Have experience on establish Technique Dept. in new company.
必须：现任中等规模以上的上述行业的技术经理，或任技术主管3年以上。 最好：有新公司技术部门组建经验。
3． Fluent in English reading and writing. Can communicate with foreign expert.
具有良好的英语读写能力，能与外方专家直接交流。
4． Have good competency in managing, communication, coordination, team cooperation. Be passionate to work.

1． To establish the Technique team and bring up the staff. To leading the team to a careful working manner, be dedicating and passionate to work. To build the atmosphere of study and thinking.

2． Technique Manager leading the team to finish the following work:
1), To provide technique support to project bidding and early work.
2), Prepare the technique plan, MPP/PQP, technique working instruction, technique process document, and special process procedure, etc.
3), Prepare and submit the project material purchase list and equipment purchase list.
4), Be responsible for welding procedure qualification test.
5), Provide technique support for the project implementation.
6), Be responsible for collection the final document, the filing and retrieving of files, documents and other material.
7), Be responsible for supporting to design and engineering.
