主要职责：

依据新项目要求，编写项目计划书并召开项目会议，规划、安排项目任务，确保项目有效实施。

分析新产品技术和质量要求，组织项目组人员编写生产工艺控制计划和质量控制计划、无损检测/表面处理/尺寸检验报表，出具新产品技术资料表，建立完整的项目技术资料及流程。

安排新产品打样及跟进，保证新项目顺利进行。

整理新产品报告和准备客户审核文件PPAP等，确保新产品顺利通过客户批准。

建立图纸和技术规范文件库，每周根据订单检查图纸与技术规范的版本号，确保图纸与订单相符。

针对变更的图纸或技术规范，出具变更通知单，明确调整内容，防止图纸误用及信息错误。

与客户沟通新项目的技术质量要求及相关问题，使产品满足客户要求。

分析询价的新产品技术要求，包括原材料、机加工、表面处理及外协采购的特别要求，并与客户确认，使各部门及时了解新产品的技术要求，保证报价的准确性。

Key  Responsibilities

Write  project  plan  and  call  project  meeting  according  to  new  project  requirements,  plan  and  schedule  project  tasks,  to  ensure  the  effective  implementation  of  the  project.

Analyze  technology  and  quality  requirement  of  new  product,  organize  the  project  team  members  to  write  production  process  control  plan  and  quality  control  plan,  NDT/surface  treatment/dimension  inspection  report,  issue  technology  data  sheet,  establishing  a  complete  project  technology  data  and  procedure.

Arrange  proofing  for  new  product  and  follow  up  to  ensure  the  new  project  proceeding  smoothly

Coordinate  new  product  reports  and  prepare  for  customer  audit  documents  PPAP  etc.,  to  ensure  new  product  audit  approved  by  customer.

Establish  document  library  for  drawings  and  technical  specification,  check  the  version  number  of  drawings  and  technical  specification  according  to  the  order  weekly,  to  ensure  the  drawings  in  conformity  with  orders.

In  view  of  changed  drawings  and  technical  specification,  issue  a  notice  of  change,  clear  and  definite  the  adjusted  content,  to  prevent  drawings  misuse  and  error  information.

Communicate  with  customer  for  the  new  project  technical  and  quality  requirements  and  related  problems,  and  make  products  to  meet  customer  requirements

Analyze  the  technical  requirements  for  inquired  new  product  including  raw  material,  machining,  surface  treatment  and  special  requirements  of  outsourcing  purchasing,  confirm  with  customer,  and  make  each  department  understand  the  technical  requirements  of  new  product,  to  ensure  accurate  quotation.

任职资格：

1.  机械类专业，本科及以上学历。

2.  五年以上机械加工类项目管理工作经验。

3.  掌握项目管理、项目风险评估知识；熟悉机械加工、铸锻件、表面处理知识，了解产品工艺流程；了解行业及欧美的产品技术质量标准。

4.  熟练运用项目管理的工具和方法；熟练应用PROJECT  2000；熟练运用CAD制图。

5.  英语听说读写熟练。

Qualifications:

Major  in  machinery,  Bachelor  or  above.

Above  5  years  work  experience  in  mechanical  processing  project  management  experience.

Master  knowledge  of  project  management  and  project  risk  evaluation；  Be  familiar  with  knowledge  of  mechanical  processing,  forging  &  casting  and  surface  treatment；  Understand  product  process  procedure；  Understand  the  technology  and  quality  standards  of  America  and  Europe  about  the  industry  and  product

Skilled  in  using  project  management  tools  and  methods；  Skilled  in  using  PROJECT  2000；  Skilled  in  operating  CAD  drawing.

Proficient  in  English  listening,  speaking,  reading  and  writing.
