Responsibility职责:
-Manufacturing  engineering  planning  and  improving  for  casting  components  base  on  drawing  specification,  including  choose  machine,  fixtures,  tooling,  process  parameters,  measuring  gauges  按照图纸要求制定并改善铸件加工工艺过程，包含机床、工装、刀具、加工参数以及量具；
-Creating  and  preparation  of  documents  like  P-FMEA,  control  plan,  work  instruction,  process  record  card,  checklist  etc.  for  standardized  operation,  quality  control  and  customer  audit  制作及准备用于指导标准化操作、质量控制以及客户审核等相关的工艺过程失效模式分析、控制计划,  操作指导书、工艺过程记录卡、检验计划；
-Solving  of  quality  and  process  problems  in  the  workshop  with  a  structural  and  systematic  way  采用结构化和系统化的方法解决车间发生的质量问题和工艺问题；
-Make  and  improve  NDT  procedure  for  casting  parts  includes  personnel  training  and  management,  documents  management,  NDT  equipment  management,  NDT  process  monitor  procedure
制定并完善铸件生产线的无损探伤流程，包含对车间具备无损探伤资质人员的培训与管理，流程文件的管理，无损探伤设备的管理以及对流程实施的监控。
-Project  management  and  coordination  for  qualification  of  new  products,  cost  down,  cycle  time  reduction  etc.新产品本地化生产项目以及降成本，降工时等改善性项目的协调与管理；
-Contact  lead  plant  in  Germany  for  supports  to  solve  problems  in  daily  production/  与德国主厂联系，获得支持以解决生产相关问题。
Requirement要求:
-Bachelor  or  master  degree,  majored  in  mechanical  engineering,  automation  or  related  major  本科或研究生学历，机械设计制造、自动化或其它机械相关专业；
-Above  3  years  working  experience  at  meachical  machining,  perferrably  at  iron  casting  machining  3年以上机加工经验，最好是铸件机加工经验；
-Farmiliar  with  structural  problem  solving  method,  such  as  PSS  and  8D  熟悉结构化解决问题的方法,例如PSS，8D；
-  Certified  with  PT  level  II  min.,  preferably  level  III,  farmiliar  with  ISO  standard  related  with  NDT  至少具备PT  二级资质，最好是PT三级，熟悉无损探伤有关的ISO标准；
-Read  and  understand  technical  drawings具备识图能力；
-Good  at  NC-programming  熟悉数控编程；
-Farmiliar  with  machining  tools  具备良好的刀具认知；
-Skilled  with  Microsoft  software  and  Auto  CAD  熟练操作微软办公软件及CAD制图软件；
-Fluency  in  English  and/or  German  英语或德语应用熟练；
-Ability  to  work  independently  and  in  team有良好的独立工作及团队合作能力；
-Readiness  for  possible  training  abroad  （couple  of  months）  愿意接受数月的海外培训；
