职位描述：

主要职责（Job  Description）:
1.  负责低压铸造的相关工序，如熔炼、制芯、低压铸造、热处理工序
Response  for  low  pressure  foundry  processes,  such  as  melting,  core  making,  low  pressure  casting,  and  heat  treatment  processes.
1.  负责低压铸造相关工序的参数设定、工艺研究、作业指导书制作、工时、工作单元研究、质量问题分析等
Response  for  low  pressure  foundry  process  parameter  setting,  process  analysis,  working  instruction,  cycle  time,  operation  cell  analysis,  quality  issue  analysis,  etc
2.  负责低压铸造相关工序的检测工序，如X光检测、探伤检测
Response  for  inspection  processes  related  to  low  pressure  foundry,  such  as  X-ray  inspection  and  penetrant  testing
3.  支持工模具车间、实验室与低压铸造相关工模具、实验设备、仪器的选型
Support  tool  room  &  laboratory  for  seleｃtion  of  equipment  related  to  low  pressure  casting  process.
4.  支持工模具车间做低压铸造相关模具维护与修改的研究，如低压铸造模具、制芯模具的维护、模具喷涂研究
Support  tool  room  for  analysis  of  mold  maintenance,  such  as  die  &  core  making  tooling  maintenance  and  coating  preparation.
5.  支持实验室做低压铸造相关的理化分析，如砂子进料检验、铝件机械性能研究，等
Support  laboratory  to  do  analysis  related  to  low  pressure  casting,  such  as  sand  incoming  inspection,  aluminum  mechanical  property  analysis,  etc

岗位要求  （Job  Requirement）:
1.  丰富的低压铸造工艺经验，包括熔炼、制芯、低压铸造、热处理工序
Strong  experience  for  low  pressure  casting  process,  include  melting,  core  making,  low  pressure  casting  and  heat  treatment  process.
2.  低压铸造检测相关经验，包括X光检测、探伤检测
The  experience  for  inspection  related  to  low  pressure  casting  processes,  include  X-Ray  inspection,  penetrant  testing
3.  超过5年的铝制品低压铸造经验，汽车行业经验较好
More  than  5  years  work  experience  in  aluminum  low  pressure  casting  process,  preference  with  experience  in  automotive  industry.
4.  对以下系统有一定的知识：系统化解决问题（如6  sigma,  8D）、ISO质量体系、汽车行业新产品开发流程、PFMEA与控制计划
Have  knowledge  of  the  following  systems:  problem  solving  systematically  （such  as  6  sigma,  8D）,  ISO  system,  automotive  new  production  launch  process,  PFMEA  &  control  plan
5.  拥有精益生产、持续改进、降低成本经验较好
Preference  with  experience  in:  lean  manufacturing,  continuous  improvement,  cost  reduction
6.  大学本科学历，机械、铸造、模具专业
Graduated  from  university,  major  for  machinery,  casting,  mold
7.  良好的沟通与团队合作能力，良好的英语能力，包括读与写
Good  skills  for  communication  and  team  working,  good  skill  of  English,  speaking  and  writing.
8.  良好的微软办公软件与CAD软件知识
Good  knowledge  for  MS  office  software  and  CAD  software
9.  工作地点位于台州路桥
Be  able  to  work  in  TAIZHOU  LUQIAO.
