Major  Duties
主要职责
- Implement  NDT  inspection  according  to  PQIP/process  sheet/PO  and  other  requirement  during  incoming  inspection,  in-process  and  also  on  supplier  or  customer  site  if  necessary.
在进货检验时根据产品质量检验计划/进程表/采购订单和其他要求实施无损检验，必要时对供应商或顾客的现场进行检测
- Issue  clear  and  professional  report  in  time  after  inspection.
检测后及时发布清晰的和专业的报告
- Issue  and  handle  NCR  when  deviation  found.
出现偏差时发布和处理NCR
- Post  all  working  hours.
张贴所有的工作时间表
- Prepare  relative  testing  specification  according  to  required  standard.
根据要求准备相关的测试规范
- Maintenance  the  NDT  environment  and  device.
维护无损检测的环境与设备
- Continuously  learn  and  improve  to  adapt  different  product  checking.
不断地学习和改进，以适应不同的产品检查
- Check  on  supplier  site  or  customer  site  according  to  requirement.
根据要求检查供应商现场或客户现场。

Competence
任职资格
- Junior  college  or  higher,  colleague  is  preferred.
大专以上学历，同事优先
- Mechanical/material  background
有从事机械和材料的行业背景
- Fluent  mandarin
国语流畅
- Basic  English,  be  able  to  issue  report  in  English  and  simple  oral  communication  in  English
需要英语基础，能用英语写报告和能进行简单的英语口语交流
- At  least  three  years  NDT  experience  and  relative  certificate
有至少3年的NDT工作经验和相关证书
- Must  have  RT  level  II  certificate  issued  by  China  Quality  &Technology  Monitoring  Bureau.
必须要有国家质量技术监督局颁发的RT二级证书
- TOFD  certificate  issued  by  China  Quality  &Technology  Monitoring  Bureau  is  preferred.
有国家质量技术监督局颁发的TOFD证书者优先
- Have  willing  to  work  in  workshop  to  do  physical  inspection.
有意愿在车间从事实地检测的工作
- Knowledge  and  experience  in  pressure  vessel  is  preferred.
有压力容器相关方面的知识和经验者优先
- Could  issue  report  with  office  software  （Excel,  Word）  efficiently.
能利用Excel,  Word等办公软件有效地撰写报告
- Motivation  to  learn，Honest，Hard  working
有学习的动力，诚实，勤奋
