具体要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above,5 years working experience.
本科以上学历，五年以上相关工作经历。
2.Have received the inspection professional training and have the inspector certificate.
经过检查专业知识培训，并取得检查员资格证。
3.Have basic knowledge in boiler or pressure vessel manufacturing process or pressurized parts welding
in machining inspection and testing,relative computer knowledge.
有锅炉压力容器制造方面的基础知识或受压零部件焊接方面的基础知识。
4.Own professional knowledge in welding inspection or assembly inspection or machining inspection.
有焊接检验或装配检验或机加工检验方面的专业知识。
5.Familiar with ISO 9001 internal auditor or related ISO9001 quality system knowledge.
熟悉ISO9001内审员或相关ISO9001质量体系知识。
6.Familiar with skill in quality improvement tools implementation like 5 whys,pareto chart,histogram chart etc.
熟悉质量改善工具的运用技能如5个为什么，柏拉图，直方图等。
7.Master the manufacturing process and I&T standard of boiler & PV,be familiar with I&T requirements of each sub-component,and know well the QC working procedures and record forms,design related records and report format,standardize inspection process.
掌握锅炉各相关组件制造检验标准，熟悉各组件检验试验要求，了解公司质量控制工作程序及记录表格，设计相关记录和报告格式，标准化检验过程。
8.Have computer skill like word, excel, power point etc,English reading and writing skill.
有计算机技能Word, Excel, Power point等,英语阅读和书写技能。
岗位职责：
1.As per company is QC procedure,customer is requirements,engineering/design documents and project QCP,
to carry out the in-process QC activities (inspection & test) according to manufacturing and testing
procedures to guarantee the product meet the requirements mentioned above.
根据公司质控程序文件、客户要求、设计文件和项目质量计划的规定，按照制造和检验技术规程进行生产的过程质量控制（检验和试验）。
2.Strictly carry out inspection & test as per ITP,control quality problem actively and timely during the production,and supervise the shop discipline ,strictly control the product rework/repair,stop any nonconformance pieces transferred to next step.
严格执行项目按照检试验计划，主动及时处理生产过程出现的质量问题并汇报主管，检查执行工艺纪律情况;严格控制产品返修过程，杜绝不合格产品转入下道工序。
3.Complete quality report/records and QI diary timely and correctly,submit report/record to PQE/FQE when production completed.
及时准确完成质量各类报告记录和质量检验日志，产品完工后上报质量控制部。
4.Participate in quality improvement activities,support supervisor to improve junior inspectors inspection skill.
参与质量改进活动，支持主管提高初级检查员的检验技能。
