- Work with the individual contract project managers to identify costs for any warranty claim.

- To communicate and assist service engineers with the investigation of any warranty claims.
协助服务工程师调查所有的质保索赔
- To keep good records of all warranty claims and identify root cause of problems so this information can be passed onto production to eliminate similar claims in the future.

- To create the warranty order in SAP system and follow up the progress.
