职位描述:
Main Tasks and targets
Manage assigned customers/market segments in accordance to the IXT (Industrial X-ray) overall strategy as well as in accordance to Chinese conventions and the corporate and business unit guidelines.
Create sustainable revenue and profitability growth with these customers for IXTs business unit.
Communicate with our customers to determine future technical requirements and opportunities. Accurately and, in a timely fashion, report those requirements to VP Business Development and Sales.
Monitor and report trends in technology at customers and competitors to VP Business Development and Sales.
Report market trends to members of Business Development and Sales, as well as other functional staff and business unit management in a regular and formal manner.
Assist the VP Business Development and Sales with the definition and implementation of Go-to-Market Strategy for assigned regions and/or countries.
Tasks/Responsibility
1.Sales/Account Management
Establish, develop and enhance the account and sales management for existing market segments and customers. Ensure maintenance of Customer Relationship Management information at agreed quality levels. Use and improve the CRM platform in the Chinese IXT organization.
2.Strategy
Collaborate on establishing and refining IXT’s global go-to market strategies. Develop, recommend and execute local strategies in line with the global IXT strategy.
3.Recruitment and Development of Staff
Support the local GM as well as IXT’s VP of Business Development and Sales in the recruitment and staff development process.
4.Reporting
Provide timely and accurate status, business and project reports to the management team in China and Switzerland.
5.Forecast, Profit and Loss
Provide periodic, rolling forecasting (budgeting, planning) as well as profit and loss for all assigned customers/market segments for IXTs activities in China.
6.Cooperation and Communication
Cooperate and communicate closely with the cross-functional CCH management team, as well as with the global Business Unit and Market Segment Managers as well as the Corporate Management team in Switzerland.
7.Policies and Competences
Follow and help develop local policies and procedures/processes in accordance with the corresponding corporate and business unit guidelines.
Working experience/technical skills
Bachelor/Master in technical discipline (Physics and Engineering, preferred). MBA is a plus.
Experience as account manager in a demanding technical industry, x-ray business and industry preferable.
Experiences in working for an international company in China with headquarter abroad.
Experience in working in a matrix organization on an international level.
Good knowledge of working with OEM customers.
Personal skills
Familiarity with the Chinese and Western business culture.
Good command of Chinese and English.
Ability to deliver a top work product with limited direct supervision is a must.
Preferably born and raised in China with experience of living and working abroad.
