岗位职责  /  Responsibility

Monitor  site  NDE  related  activities  in  terms  of  quality  surveillance  and  quality  assurance  support  in  compliance  with  approved  procedure  and  acceptable  codes.  Scope  including:
Inspection  for  containment  vessel  and  other  related  products  on  site
Support  in  NDE  document  review
Technical  support  to  other  staff  in  NDE  area
Perform  inspection  for  other  aspects  such  as  material,  visual  and  welding.
NDE  Process  monitoring

Perform  workshop  or  site  inspection  regarding  NDE  and  product  quality  in  terms  of  for  steel  structure  and  pressure  vessel  etc.

Cooperate  with  other  inspection  disciplines,  including  Welding,  Mechanical  and  NDE.         

 

职位要求  /  Requirements:

   

Technical  junior  college  education  in  mechenical  engineering  or  equivalent  fields

 

机械及相关专业大专以上学历  .

 

Mechanical  Industry  background  and  more  than  3  years  Non-destructive  testing  experiences；

 

在机械类行业有3年以上无损探伤工作经验.

 

Familiar  with  the  Ultrasonic  Testing  （UT）  and  Magnetic  Particle  Testing  （MT）；  and  has  the  UT-II  or  MT-II  level  qualifications  at  least.
熟悉超声波探伤（UT）及磁粉探伤（MT）,  并具有UT-II  或MT-II  证书.

 

With  HAF602  MT  and  UT  Level  II  is  better.

 

具备HAF602核工业磁粉探伤（MT）、超声波探伤（UT）  II级以上证书者优先考虑。

 

Familiar  with  relevant  standard  and  skill  of  measurement  tools；

 

熟悉相关检测器具标准并能熟练使用.
