主要职责（或工作内容）：
position  responsibilities：

1. 根据要求对原材料和产品进行来料检验。
Inspect  incoming  raw  materials  and  products  according  to  the  requirements.
2. 对相关的产品过程（切割、铣、卷圆、折弯、打磨等机加工、焊接、组装等）实施质量控制。
Implement  process  control  for  related  products  （cutting,  milling,  rolling,  bending,  grinding  machining,  welding,  assembly  and  so  on）
3. 根据图纸要求、检验指导书,质量控制计划等进行检验并做好相应的质量记录。
Implement  inspection  according  to  the  requirements  of  the  drawings,  inspection  instructions,  quality  control  plans  and  do  the  relevant  quality  records.
4. 实施基本的非破坏性试验检查（  NDT）  和外观检查。
Run  Non  destructive  test  （NDT）  and  visual  inspection.
5. 执行并完成主管分配的任务。
carry  out  and  complete  the  tasks  assigned  by  the  supervisor.
6. 领导交办的其他临时性的工作。
Others  temporary  tasks  assigned  from  quality  manager  or  supervisor..



岗位要求：
job  requirement：

1. 机械类中专及以上学历
Secondary  school  in  mechanical  technical  or  above.
2. 能读懂基础的英文
Able  to  read  basic  English.
3. 金属机加工从业经验，有无损探伤经验者优先  。
Metal  machining  experience,  experience  in  NDT  is  preferred.
4. 熟练使用计量检测仪器,  如卡尺、千分尺、涂层测厚仪等。
skilled  use  of  measuring  device,  such  as  caliper,  micrometer,  coating  thickness  gauge  etc..
5. 可以阅读图纸和书写并维护相关的质量控制记录。
Able  to  read  drawings  and  maintain  quality  control  records.
6. 熟练使用MS  Office产品
Proficient  with  MS  Office  products
7. 吃苦耐劳，有上进心。
8.  家在塘沽或开发区附近，能适应加班
