2. Good sence of responsibility, hard working.责任心强，能吃苦
3. Good relationship with production team, management experience will be an advantage.良好的人际关系，有相关管理经验者优先考虑

1. Tool instalation and ajustment for fin & punching machine.翅片及冲床刀具安装及调试
2. Semi finished material change (coils)半成品原料更换
3. Daily maintenance for machine.机床的日常保养
4. mangement of workers.人员管理
5. Other tasks distributed by supervisor.主管安排的其他工作
