具体要求：
1. Education:College or above;Major subject:Mechanical or Material
2. 5 years mechanical manufacturing experience
3. At least 2 year experience on site
4. Skilled AutoCAD,Microsoft office
5. Good knowledge of the English language （written） is required
岗位职责：
Main responsibilities:
1.Prepare parts according to the drawings
2.Coordinate with workshop,Purchase,Logistics department and HNL work preparation dept.etc
Task：
1.Plan the Material Preparation according production requirements
2.Verify that material is suitable for a certain project based on material specification and material certificates.
3. Update information/requirements when revised information is received and inform the Material Preparation Department accordingly
4. Arrange that NC programmers prepare cutting plans according the production planning
5. Evaluate mechanical designs versus available production resources and propose improvements to the Mechanical Engineering Department.
6. Recognize errors in the drawing series and find solutions
7. Arrange subcontracted work according available procedures;coordinated with purchase/QC
8. Evaluate subcontractors in coordination/ QC and keep a record with subcontractor information
