Responsibility岗位职责

Ensure  the  inspection  and  test  plan  are  implemented；
              确保检验和试验计划的实施；

Report  and  control  inspection  according  to  specifications；

按要求进行过程控制检验并制作检验报告；

Handle  deviation/NCR  report  and  follow-up；

处理偏差/NCR报告及跟进；

Conduct  preventive  action  analysis  to  determine  root  cause  and  the  necessary  measure  to  avoid  re-occurrence；

进行预防性措施分析，以确定根本原因及采取必要措施避免再次发生；

Coordinate  with  customer  and  authority  surveyor  on-site  inspection.

协调客户和授权机构检验员现场检验.                                               



Qualification岗位要求

   

Bachelor’s  degree  in  Welding/Metallurgy/Materials  Engineering/Mechanical  or  relevant  major；

大学本科,  焊接/冶金/材料工程/机械类（或相关）专业；

Good  command  of  spoken  and  written  English；

良好的英文听说读写能力；

Min.  2  years  hands-on  experience  in  Fabrication  industry,  having  exposure  to  Inspection,  NDT,  Blasting  &  Painting  etc.；

2年以上制造行业质量检验经验,  应涉及焊接,  无损检测和涂装类检验；

Prefer  with  certification  holder  of:  AWS-CWI  or  CSWIP  3.1；  NDT  Level  2；NACE/SSPC  Level  1/2；

持有以下检验证书优先,  AWS-CWI或CSWIP  3.1,  无损检测中级证书,  涂装检验NACE/SSPC  Level  1/2；

Prefer  with  inspection  experience  in  stainless  steel  product.

              有不锈钢产品检验经验者优先.
