Perform  NDT  test  items  and  other  lab  activities  per  procedure/spec  as  required  by  supervisor.

Participate  in  customer  and  accreditation  audits  of  the  NDT  operations.  Perform  audit  test,  qualification  test,  and  internal  round  robin  test  items  as  required  by  leader.

按领导要求参与客户及其委派的对无损检测运作的审核。进行审核,认证测试,也包括内部的能力比对测试项目.

Maintain  testing/Inspection  record  per  procedure  requirement  of  AFS  fasteners  operations  Suzhou  documentation  system.

按照AFS  苏州文件系统的程序要求来维持测试/检查记录。

Support  leadership  to  ensure  the  test  lab  system  is  in  compliance  with  ISO/IEC  17025  and/or  NADCAP  requirements.

支持领导层去确保实验室体系符合ISO/IEC  17025和/或NADCAP的要求。

Check  condition  of  NDT  machines,  perform  daily  maintenance  of  testing  machines,  report  any  abnormity/  fault  to  supervisor.

检查无损检测设备的状态,  执行测试设备的日常维护保养,报告任何发现的设备异常及故障.

Must  be  available  at  two/three  shifts  if  necessary,  sometimes  OT  is  required  by  the  supervisor如果生产需要，须实行轮班制，配合主管要求按需加班

要求：

   

Minimum  1  years  of  working  experience  at  performing  NDT  test,  mechanical/dimension  inspection,  or  visual  inspection；  and  the  equivalent  experience  may  be  considered.

至少1年以上NDT  ,机械性能测试实验室、尺寸或外观检验工作经验,等效经验可以被考虑.

Good  communication  &  organization  skill,  Basic  computer  skill

良好的沟通和组织能力,  基本的计算机应用技能

Must  be  able  to  work  closely  with  individuals  and  teams  to  support  production  &  quality  teams

必须与个人及团体密切合作，全力支持生产和质量团体

Basic  Knowledge  of  fasteners  inspection  or  calibration  items,  familiar  with  basic  dimension  inspection  gage,  such  as  caliper,  micrometer...



具备紧固件检查校准的基本知识,  熟悉尺寸检查的一些基本的量具,如卡尺,千分尺等.

Basic  ability  to  apply  office  software,  such  as  Word,  Excel,  email  etc.。
                                                                              具备使用办公室软件的基本能力,  如  Word,  Excel,  email  等。
