具体要求：
1. At least 5 years’ working experience in processing, assembling, testing and industrial manufacturing of generator equipment/具有发电设备的加工、装配、试验，工业制造工作5年以上经验。
2. Familiar with the machine manufacturing standards and specifications/熟悉机械制造的标准和规范。
3. Familiar with the classification, trademarks and mechanic properties of metal materials and metal machinability/熟悉金属材料的种类、牌号、力学性能和金属切削性能。
4. having basic knowledge of nondestructive testing and non-metal materials/具有无损检测和非金属材料方面的基础知。
5. having general understanding of the construction and machining process of NC machine tools, as well as the tool set up and tool bit, and knowing the construction and performance of common tools, clamping devices and measuring instruments/对数控机床的结构及加工流程和工装、刀具等有一定了解。掌握常用工、夹、量具的构造以及使用性能。
6. Skilled application of AutoCAD or UG software for drawing the 2-D mechanical drawings/熟练使用AutoCAD或UG，绘制二维机械图纸。
7. Having general knowledge of numeric control and able to manually complete 3-axis numerical control programming/有一定的数控知识，能手工编制三轴数控程序。
Ordinary ability of communication in English or French/有一定的英语或法语的沟通能力。
岗位职责：
1. Preparing and checking the technological documents for manufacturing of the parts and components of RCP/编制、校核产品零部件制造的工艺文件。
2. Handling the machining problems occurring in RCP manufacturing process/处理产品生产过程中出现的机械加工问题。
3. Designing and checking general tool set up needed for RCP manufacturing/设计、校核产品制造需要的一般工装。
4. Localization of the process materials/工艺材料的国产化。
5. Transforming and checking the technological standards/工艺标准的转化、校核。
6. Type ｓｅｌｅｃｔｉｏｎ and management of purchased standard tool bits/外购标准刀具的选型和管理。
Programming and management of numerical control programs/数控程序的编写和管理。
