ROSEN  requires  a  NDT  Inspection  Sales  Manager  for  Beijing,  China  office.  The  job  will  be  based  in  Shunyi,  Beijing.  This  person  must  be  able  to  communicate  in  English  fluently  due  to  the  frequent  communication  with  ROSEN  Germany,  Australian  and  Malaysian  office.  The  successful  candidate  will  be  a  key  part  of  ROSEN  China  organization  and  will  be  given  good  training  opportunities.

职位描述：

负责公司储罐检测，无损检测的业务拓展及销售；达成销售业绩指标；
Responsible  for  the  sales  target  of  Tank  inspection  and  NDT  service.
具备开拓新市场的能力，并对潜在合作伙伴进行业务跟进；
Strong  business  development  capability  and  follow  up  the  potential  business  partner  requests.
负责搜集新客户的资料并进行沟通，开发新客户；
Responsible  for  data  collection  and  communication  with  new  customers.
定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系；
Schedule  visits  and  meetings  with  existing  customers  and  strength  the  long  term  collaboration.
及时反馈客户信息，满足客户需求，提高客户满意度。
Listen  to  customers,  achieve  customer  satisfaction.



职位要求：
Requirements:

-  必须具有2年以上销售工作经验。具备储罐检测，管道内检测或无损检测销售经验者优先。
    Must  have  more  than  2  years  sales  experience.  Sales  experience  of  tank  inspection,  inline  inspection  and  NDT  services  is  advantage.
-  精通英文听说读写，较强的英文口语沟通能力。
    Fluent  reading,  writing  and  communication  skills  in  Chinese,  in  particular  oral  communication.
-  能够承受工作压力。能够紧急出差。
    Ability  to  work  under  pressure.  Able  to  travel  in  short  notice.
-  积极主动并且拥有足够的组织和判断能力，可以独自完成销售业绩并且拥有良好的团队意识。
    Proactive,  highly  organized  and  self-directed,  with  the  ability  to  work  both  independently  and  within  a  team  to  achieve  the  sales  target.
-  拥有在公司内部、外部良好沟通的能力。
    Good  communication  skills  internally  and  externally.
-  Microsoft  Word、Excel等电脑软件的基本操作能力。
    Computer  literature:  Microsoft  Word,  Excel  etc.
