具体要求:
Coordinate monthly training courses with "training partners", including the coordination of training kits as required;
Provide technical expertise, guidance and assistance to customers, salesman and Industry/Regional Managers on all Advanced Products throughout the America’s;
Generate and review quotations, RFQ’s & SOW’s for all Olympus NDT products to help assist the China sales force;
Coordinate after sales technical support and training via "tech support" personnel for the sales force and customer;
Schedule on-site customer seminars to help promote the Olympus products offerings;
Continue to provide product knowledge to sales force utilizing PowerPoint and ONDT FORUM interface;
Provide daily commercial expertise to OCN NDT Business Unit sales force;
Act as liaison between the China’s sales force and the Olympus NDT manufacturing facilities;
Attend local and National conferences to seek out new potential technologies as well as identify possible integrators and partners;
Work closely with Technology Leaders and Product Managers to help provide "new" product ideas for future offerings, solutions and capabilities.
Provide monthly report to Support Manager including Sales Highlights, opportunity funnel, monthly schedule as well as customer feedback and Updates.

The Support Specialist is for application and technical support for OCN NDT Business Unit. This position is responsible to provide expertise and guidance to assist customers and the sales team on all products. This position ensures that the customers receive the necessary technical and commercial support during the pre-sales and post-sales process.
