1.        Major  accountabilities

-              Prepares  the  introduction  of  new  components  in  the  quality  control  process  by  translating  the  complete  work  preparation  to  a  format  suitable  to  work  force  and  by  giving  the  technical  support  to  the  shop  floor  during  the  implementation  of  this  preparation.

-        Organizes  and  optimizes  working  places.  Takes  care  and  coordinates  the  inspection  methods  and  practices  and  all  final  inspections  in  the  NDT  area.

-          Experience  and  knowledge  sharing.

Build  and  share  knowledge  and  experience  internally  and  externally  in  order  to  leverage  expertise  and  performance  level  of  the  team  and  the  broader  organization.

§    Identify  and  circulate  best  practices  among  other  colleagues；

§    Participate  in  fora  and  events

§    Sharing  available  tools

-              Team  management

Coordinate,  plan  and  steer  departmental  activities  in  order  to  reach  the  departmental  goals.

Steer,  develop  and  coach  department/team  members  in  order  to  maximise  performance  and  stimulate  people  growth.

3.        Behavioural  Competencies  &  Skills

-              Bachelor  or  above  in  Mechanical  Engineering  or  equivalent；

-              8+  years  experience  in  gearbox  industry,  experience  from  wind  and/or  automobile  is  a  plus；

-              Working  experience  in  finished  gearbox  and  finished  components  in  a  gearbox  manufacturing  company  is  necessary,  NDT  knowledge/  certification/  experience  is  part  of  job  request  ；

-              Experience  in  working  in  a  muti-cultural  business  environment  is  a  plus；

-              SPC/  MSA/  FMEA/  8D  knowledge  and  experience  is  necessary.

 

4.        Technical  Competencies  &  Skills

-              Oral  English  is  a  must.

-              Gearbox  knowledge  and  quality  control  experience  is  a  must

-              NDT  certification  and  experience  is  a  must.




5.        Expertise

-              Bachelor＇s  degree  required  in  mechanical  and  NDT  field.  （NDT  focus  in  forging/  steel/  cast  iron,  NOT  limited  in  welding  only）

-              At  least  8  years  Quality  experience  in  gearbox  industry  business.

-              Good  listening  and  speaking  English,  for  regular  international  conference  call.
