Responsibilities:

1.Lead  PQR  test,  qualification  of  welder  and  other  welding  test；

2.Prepare  PQR,  WPS,WPQ；

3.Prepare  WPL  （Welding  Process  Planning）  by  each  product；

4.Prepare  welding  procedure；

5.Technical  support  to  workshop,  sub-supplier  and  troubleshooting  at  site  related  to  welding  activities；

6.Evaluate  welding  consumables  and  welding  machine；

7.Develop  new  welding  technology；

8.Perform  internal  audit  related  to  welding  and  other  activities  in  manufacturing；

9.Process  and  equipment  of  thermo  spray.



Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s  degree  of  Welding  Engineering  or  Metallurgy；

2.For  Welding  Engineer  （Junior）  –  less  than  5  years  experiences  of  welding  process；

3.For  Welding  Engineer  （Senior）  -  at  least  5  years  experiences  of  welding  in  heavy  industrial  products；

4.Familiar  with  welding  process  of  FCAW,  SMAW,  SAW  and  GTAW；

5.Familiar  with  welding  process  of  carbon  steel,  austenitic  and  martensitic  stainless  steel；

6.Familiar  with  welding  consumables  and  seleｃtion  of  welding  consumables；

7.Familiar  with  welding  equipment；

8.Basic  knowledge  of  NDE  application；

9.Familiar  with  welding  criteria  -  ASME,  AWS  and  Chinese  standard  （GB  and  JB）；

10.Computer  skill  in  MS  Office  software,  Computer  Aided  Design；

11.Skill  of  written  and  read  English.
