3.  Maintain  all  NDE  equipment  and  material  in  acceptance  and  valid  situation

4.Witnessing,  supervise  supplier  and  subcontractor  NDE  activities  and  evaluation  RT  film  and  NDE  report

见证及监督供方及分包方的无损检测活动，评价其射线底片和NDE报告


5.Issue  non-compliance  report  once  indication  shown

当发现不合格缺陷时出具不符合项报告

6.Training  and  improving  supplier  and  subcontractor’s  NDE  capability  till  supplier  can  do  NDT  according  to  company’s  requirement  independently

培训和提高供方及分包方的无损检测能力，直至其能够独立按公司要求执行无损检测

7.  Giving  process  improvement  suggestion  based  on  NDE  result

基于无损检测的结果给出改进生产的建议

8.Coaching  junior  NDE  operator  within  team

指导下级无损检测人员


Competencies  任职要求:

1.Bachelor  with  a  background  of  engineering  and  holding  a  title  of  engineer  at  least

至少本科毕业，理工科专业，工程师

2.Holding  UT/PT/MT/  PT  Level  II  certification  issued  by  AQSIQ  for  at  least  4  years

须持有国家质检总局颁发的UT/PT/MT/  PT  4个II证书,并持证至少4年


3.At  least  5  years  on-site  NDE  working  experience  on  pressure  vessel  inspection

至少5年焊接容器无损检测实际操作经验


4.  Be  familiar  with  NDE  standard  e.g.  JB/T4730,  GB150,  GB151,  TSG  R0004  ASME

熟悉无损检测标准，如JB/T4730,  GB150,  GB151,  TSG  R0004,  ASME

5.  Basic  skills  of  MS  office  and  AutoCAD

能使用office办公软件及AutoCAD

6.  Basic  written  and  oral  skill  in  English

具备基本的英文写作和口语能力
