职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make  daily  inspection  for  the  incoming  parts，process  products  according  to  instructions  and  mechanical  or  instrumentation  drawings.
根据作业指导书、机械图、仪表图等，对来料零件、过程产品的进行日常检验。

- Make  valve  shell  test  and  tightness  tests,  and  topwork  function  tests  based  on  instructions.
依据作业指导书，执行阀门壳体和阀座泄露量测试、总装产品的功能测试。

- Conduct  NDT  test  including  MT  or  PT.
执行PT或MT无损检测。

- Mark  the  parts  or  products  with  status  label  and  make  inspection  records.
检验后的产品进行状态标识，并填写质量检验记录。

- Other  work  assigned  by  quality  leader  or  supervisor.

REQUIRED  KNOWLEDGE,  SKILLS  AND  ABILITIES:


- High  school  or  technical  secondary  school  degree  is  required.  2  years  or  more  experience  in  manufacturing  industry  quality  team.
高中或技术类学校毕业。2年以上在制造性企业质量部的工作经验。

- Ability  to  make  visual  inspection  on  casting,  forging,  machining  parts  and  assemblies  like  valve  &；  actuator,  etc.  With  knowledge  of  valve  and  actuator  assembly  is  prefered
具备检验铸件、锻件、机加工件的经验。了解阀门或气缸装配工艺的优先考虑。

- Ability  to  use  normal  inspection  tools.  Able  to  read  mechanical  drawings.
会使用常规检验工具，能读懂机械图纸。
- Be  knowledgeable  in  use  of  MS  Office  software.  Oral  and  written  English  in  primary  level.
熟练使用电脑。初级英语听说写能力。
- Self-motivated,  and  team  player.
工作主动，适应团队合作。
