Key  Responsibility岗位职责:


1:  Responsible  for  incoming  material,  in-process,  assembly  and  finalinspection.

负责进货，过程，装配及最终检验

2:  Responsible  for  welding  and  machining  inspection.

负责焊接和机加工检验。

3:  Ensure  the  accuracy  of  the  inspection,  quality  records  are  true  and  completed.

确保检验的准确性,检验结果记录真实和完整。

4:  Distribution  of  neat  and  legible  inspection  reports/  records，Summarize,  archive  all  quality  records  and  related  information.  发布整洁清晰的检验报告/记录，汇总、存档各项质检记录及相关资料。

5:  Timely  report  found  quality  problems  and  issue  NCR.

及时汇报发现的质量问题及开出不合格报告。

6.  KPI  alignment  and  other  tasks  arranged  by  line  supervisor  &manager.

完成KPI及上级主管安排的其他任务。


Key  Requirement任职要求:

Over  3  years’  quality  inspection  working  experience  in  a  mechanicalmanufacturing/production  environment.

有3年以上机械制造/生产环境的质量检验经验。

2：Proved  good  knowledge  of  quality  inspection  for  welding  and  machiningprocesses  or  products.

掌握焊接和机加工过程及产品的质量检验知识。

3：Well  understanding  of  welding  &  machining  drawing.  Ability  ofskillfully  use  all  kinds  of  measuring  tools.  能看懂焊接及机加工图纸；能够熟练使用各种常见的测量工具。

4：Good  at  the  generalOffice  software  applications,  including  Word,  Excel,  and  PowerPoint.

熟练应用常见办公软件，包括：Word,  Excel  和PowerPoint。

5：Preferably  have  certificate  of  NDT  （UT,  MT,  PT,  VT）  or  CWI.

有无损检测（UT,MT,PT,VT）或焊接检验证书CWI者优先考虑。

6：Preferably  from  22  to  40years  old.

年龄最好在22到40岁之间。

7：Can  accept  flexible  working  hours.

可接受弹性工作时间。
