严格按照作业指导书的要求开展工作。

?  Give  the  signal  to  technicians,  engineers,  quality  engineers  or  supervisors  when  the  production  and  /  or  quality  of  the  results  deviate  from  the  target.

当发现生产出现问题，或者质量结果偏离目标时，第一时间通报给技术员，工程师，质量工程师或你的主管。

?  Lock  the  details,  then  there  is  “doubt”  if  they  do  not  meet  the  drawing  and  customer  requirements  for  the  specific  article.

关注细节，当发现你做的产品和产品图纸或客户要求不匹配的时候，大胆提出疑问给你的上级。

?  Implement  process  inspection  （including  the  1st  piece  inspection）  and  final  inspection,  by  using  different  quality  inspection  equipment,  for  example,  callipers,  micro  meter,  CMM  machine,  X-ray  machine,  etc.

使用各种不同的检验设备（如卡尺、千分尺、三坐标、X光机等）执行生产过程检验（包括首件检验）和最终检验。

?  Record  related  inspection  records  and  archive  for  analysis

?  Label  and  identify  good  parts  and  organize  parts  in  order

?  Identification  and  separation  of  defective  or  suspected  parts  to  avoid  mixing  by  mistake

?  Involved  in  related  nonconformities  disposition  and  solving

参与到不良品的处理和解决中

?  Report  the  findings  or  problems  to  production  team  or  own  engineer  in  time

检查发现的问题要及时地报告给生产人员和自己的工程师

?  Supervise  good  5S  in  each  production  area,  supervise  the  production  staff  of  each  position  doing  their  work  in  accordance  with  the  work  instruction.

监督各个生产区域的5S保持良好，监督生产部各个岗位的员工严格按照作业指导书的标准进行作业

?  After  well  trained,  to  enlarge  the  inspector’s  inspection  skills,  other  quality  related  works  will  be  arranged  also  to  the  inspector  under  the  supervisor’s  assignment,  as  a  job  rotation  in  the  quality  department.

在经过正规的上岗培训后，为了提高检验员的检验技能，部门主管可以安排检验员进行轮岗，开展其他一些质量检验相关工作

?  Being  a  team  player  in  the  big  quality  team.  Collaborate  with  the  shift  arrangement.

作为质量部的一员，始终保持团队合作。服从质量部轮班安排。

?  Other  jobs  assigned  by  superior

Required  Education  &  Experiences:

教育背景及相关经验：

?  Technical  school  or  above  技术学校或以上毕业

?  More  than  3  experience  related  in  industry,  Automobile  or  die  casting  field  will  be  preferred.

3年以上有关工作经验，有汽车或压铸行业经验更好

?  CMM  &  X-ray  machine  operation  skills  will  be  preferred  and  an  add  point.

如有操作三坐标或X光无损探伤设备的经验更佳
