SKILL  REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  REQUIREMENTS:


·Engineering  or  Science  Degree  required
·3+  years  experience  in  sales  on  the  NDT  market

·The  candidate  will  have  a  well  developed  understanding  of  the  NDT  Market；
·The  candidate  is  responsible  for  identify  prospects  and  develops  sales  strategies  to  secure  new  business；
·The  candidate  is  responsible  to  develop  strategic  solution  oriented  sales  plans  to  increase  business  within  key  accounts  and  partners  in  his  Industry/Region；
·The  Sales  Industry/Regional  Manager  is  responsible  to  suggest  product  improvement  and  development  projects  as  required；
·The  Sales  Industry/Regional  Manager  is  also  responsible  for  working  with  the  Olympus  Companies  and  sub  distributors  to  coordinate  selling  efforts  in  China.  This  includes  advising  selling  strategy,  making  sales  calls  with  the  sub  distributors  and  reviewing  their  sales  opportunities；
