Key  Tasks:
Technical  support    技术支持  :
1.Training  to  the  suppliers  and  provide  the  technical  support    （Danieli  Standard,  drawing  analysis,  quality  request  and  inspections）  +  support  for  welding  and  painting
对供应商进行培训并提供技术支持（达涅利标准、图纸分析、质量要求和检验）+焊接和喷漆支持 
2.Coordinate  with  TO  for  clarification  and  on  site  quality  management
配合技术部门解释技术问题，负责现场质量管理
3.Provide  the  guide  for  critical  items  to  avoid  potential  delay  and  NCR
为关键项目提供指导，以避免潜在延误和NCR
4.Follow  KPI  of  the  suppliers  （OTD,  OQD）  ,make  improvement  plan  coordinated  with  SQD
跟踪供应商的关键绩效指标（OTD、OQD），与供应商发展部门协调的并制定改进计划
5.Export  shipment  to  the  suppliers  （including  work  flow  ,documents,  logistic）
对供应商的出口装运提供支持（包括工作流程、文件、物流） 
Quality  control  （Carpentry  &  Hydraulic  parts）:
6.Inspection  of  the  products  ；    process  monitoring  ；documentation  check
产品检验；过程监控；文件检查
7.Support  and  provide  guideline  for  the  supplier  quality  control  plan 
为供应商质量控制计划提供支持和指导
8.Manage  the  NCR  including  PS  and  Internal  NCR
管理NCR，包括PS和内部NCR
9.Inspection  report  for  critical  components
关键部件检验报告
Delivery  management:
10.Analyze  the  suppliers＇  workload  ；  check  list  of  the  open  orders  （comparing  DNL  and  supplier＇s  production  list  ）
分析供应商的工作量；未完成订单的检查清单（比较DNL和供应商的生产清单）
11.Update  the  excepted  date  and  status  of  the  open  orders  ；    feedback  to  the  relevant  buyers/PM/Planning
更新未结订单的例外日期和状态；反馈给相关买家/PM/计划 
12.Delivery/Priority  control  to  match  with  DANIELI  workshop＇s  planning
交付/优先控制与达涅利车间的规划相匹配

14.Support  SQD  for  suppliers＇  reassessment  and  qualification

Role  Requirements:
1.College  degree  or  above,  over  5  years  related  experience.
大专以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验。
2.Major  in  mechanical  design  and  manufacturing（metallurgical  industry  is  preferred）,
机械设计制造相关专业（冶金行业优先）
3.Good  knowledge  on  mechanical  principles,  right  understanding  of  design  intention  and  drawings.,  Good  knowledge  for  welding  process  ,deformation  control  ,blasting  &  painting
熟悉机械原理，正确理解设计意图和图纸，熟悉焊接工艺，变形控制，喷砂和喷漆
4.Familiar  with  manufacturing  process
熟悉制造工艺
5.Skills  in  using  of  MS  Office,  AutoCAD
MS-Office、AutoCAD的使用技巧
6.Strong  skills  on  communication  &  coordination  .

7.Good  English  in  written  and  reading.
