Position  Summary: 
This  position  is  responsible  for  the  certification/inspection/test  and/or  expediting  of  products/ 
projects  in  the  industrial  fields  within  North  Region.

Job  Responsibilities: 
1.Responsible  for  the  welding  procedure  qualification  and  welder/welding  operator  approval  as
a  representative  of  the  Notified  Body  or  Third  Party. 
2.Responsible  for  audit/certification  of  pressure  equipment  manufacturers  and  welding  companies
as  a  representative  of  the  Notified  Body  or  Third  Party. 
3.Responsible  for  the  eｘecution  of  the  project  including  （but  not  limited）  the  coordinate  the
inquiry  and  quotation,  test  program  preparation,  carry  out  the  test  and  inspection,  test  and
inspection  report,  complete  project  dossier  etc.  to  ensure  conformity  to  specification  and
company  requirements； 
4.Expedite  the  project  within  the  schedule； 
5.Develop  a  good  work/cooperation  relationship  with  the  clients； 
6.Assist  in  the  business  development  and  marketing  and  sales； 
7.Perform  other  duties  assigned  by  Department  Manager.

Job  Requirements: 
1.Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  material  engineering,  welding  and  NDT； 
2.Good  knowledge  in  the  welding  and/or  metal  material,  familiar  with  EN/  ISO/  AWS  and  ASME  etc.
series  welding  standards,  with  the  certificate  of  IWE  or  CWI  is  preferable； 
3.Experience  in  the  certification  of  welding  manufacturer  as  per  ISO  3834/EN  15085/EN  1090/
DIN  18800/AD  2000  HP0  is  preferable； 
4.Fluent  communication  in  Chinese  and  good  command  of  written  and  spoken  English； 
5.Job  involves  traveling  to  customers＇  and  manufacturers＇  locations.
