职位描述：
1.根据苏尔寿程序要求以及相关标准要求组织、协同和实施无损探伤检验。Organize,  coordinate  and  perform  internal  NDT  inspection  according  to  Sulzer  procedure  or  relative  specifications.
2.负责对探伤结果做出评价。Responsible  for  summarize  the  NDT  inspection  data.
3.负责探伤设备及耗材的保管。Responsible  for  NDT  equipment  and  material  management  and  control.
4.协助质量团队的其他检验工作。Assist  with  inspection  tasks  assigned  by  quality  team  leader.
5.协助部门操作手册和程序的准备。Assist  in  the  preparation  of  departmental  manuals  and  procedures.
6.协助历史数据和检验记录的准备。Assist  in  the  preparation  of  control  history  dockets  and  inspection  records.
7.支持、协助和参与公司范围的EHS体系管理，其内容涉及了安全、健康和环境方针与程序。Supports,  cooperates  with,  and  participates  in  company-wide  EHS  Management  System  which  includes  following  all  safety,  health  and  e***ironmental  policies  and  procedures.
8.协助内部审核。Assist  with  internal  quality  audits.
9.报告并记录不符合状态并推荐纠正措施。Report  and  document  non-conforming  situations  and  recommend  corrective  action.
10.实施其他必要职责。Perform  other  duties  as  necessary.

职位要求：Qualifications
1.中专或大专毕业，或无损探伤专业。Requires  vocational  school  graduate  or  Junior  college,  or  above  with  NDT  field.
2.国家质量技术监督局认可无损检测资格证书（有UT，RT，PT，MT一级证书，二级证书或ASNT、欧洲认证的二级更佳）。Qualified  NDT  level  I  for  NDT  method  （RT,MT,  PT,  and  UT）  is  preferred.  level  II  and  ASNT  level  II  or  European  Level  II  is  preferred
3.有实际从事于探伤检验的经验。Working  experience  in  practice  NDT  inspection.
4.了解相关探伤标准要求（ASME,GB和ISO）。Have  knowledge  in  NDT  standards  （ASME,  GB  and  ISO）  is  preferred.
5.能读和看懂英语。Be  able  to  read  English  &  understand  English.
