PRINCIPAL  DUTIES  AND  RESPONSIBILITIES  （ESSENTIAL  FUNCTIONS）
基本岗位职责
1.        Review  the  quality  control  system  of  subcontractor  before  manufacturing  to  meet  the  specific  requirement  of  projects
在生产制造前，审查分包商的质量控制体系以满足项目的具体要求
2.        Define  the  quality  control  plan  and  make  sure  it  is  being  followed
确立质量控制计划，并确保其被遵循 
3.        Report  the  defect  of  goods  to  QC  manager  during  manufacture  and  provide  the  correction  method  at  the  same  time.
在生产制造期间向QC经理报告产品缺陷，同时并提供校正方法。
4.        Ability  to  read  and  interpret  client  specification
能够看懂和诠释客户提供的技术参数
5.        Ability  to  read  and  interpret  industry  standard  （ASME,  EN）
能够看懂和诠释行业标准（ASME,  EN）
6.        Ability  to  read  and  interpret  drawings  and  identify  the  requirements
能够看懂、诠释图纸并识别其需求。
7.        Ensure  that  fabrication  is  accordance  with  new  revision.
确保制造依照最新修订版本。
8.        The  other  tasks  assigned  by  the  superior.

EDUCATION  AND  EXPERIENCE 
学历及经验要求
1.      BS  degree  or  above
理工类本科或以上
2.      At  least  five  years  work  experience  on  workshop
至少五年工厂工作经验
3.    Be  familiar  with  GB  standard  for  the  fabrication  of  steel  structure,  piping,  welding,  NDT  ,  etc
      熟悉国家标准为制造钢结构，管道，焊接，无损检测等
4.      Has  experience  on  the  quality  control  system  based  on  EN  &  ASME  standard
      拥有在欧洲标准以及ASME标准基础上的质量控制体系经验
 
SKILLS:
技能
ISO9001:  2000  format  internal  examiner  certification  holder.
持有ISO9001:2000标准的内部质量管理体系考官认证
ABILITIES:
1.        Good  teamwork  and  communication  ability.
良好的团队意识以及沟通能力
2.      Good  English  communication  skill  both  in  oral  and  written
      熟练的英语沟通能力，口头及书面
3.      Command  of  PC  skills  （including  AutoCAD,  Excel,  Word  etc）
      基本的PC技能（包括Auto  CAD，Excel，  Word  etc.）
4.      Familiar  ISO  9001  quality  management  system  and  process. 
      熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系及流程。


PHYSICAL  DEMANDS
Good  physique  and  suitable  for  high  space  work.
