具体要求:
1.Develop Sales & Commercial activities for EPC. EPCC, EPCIC and other projects. 2.Achieve sales orders and sales revenue and profitability for the projects business as stipulated by the management on annual basis. 3.To prepare or coordinate presentation/ promotion, pre-qualification, registration and secure company as one of the approved manufactures. 4. To plan, organize, strategies and develop company"s renewable business presence with each client in order to achieve business targets. 5. To endeavour with utmost effort to achieve overall company"s KPI"s and individual KPI"s. 6. To establish budget control and maintain the cost of operations with 10% below the approved budget. 7. To identify any new business opportunities that may be viable to the company. 8. To develop usage of e-commerce and IT for reporting, trading and business monitoring. 9. To submit weekly and monthly reports on your targets and achievements.

1.Set up a KNM Manpower Supply Business Unit for internal and external clients.
2.Develop a comprehensive data base for applicants applying for jobs as well as to create easy-tracking systems.
3.Support the recruitment section for fast and effective hiring and supplying process for both internally and externally respectively.
4.Generate Sales Orders and Revenue in the manpower supply for external customers.
5.Develop an effective reporting system for the recruitment section for effective analysis.
