AREAS  OF  RESPONSIBILITY
职责范围

As  per  NDT  process,  perform  test  to  products,  to  meet  fabrication  requirements，including:
按照标准和NDT工艺对产品进行检查，满足生产要求。包括：

Ensure  the  assigned  NDT  inspections  and  tasks  are  planned  and  eｘecuted  and  appropriated  recorded；
确保分派的NDT  工作被计划和执行，并将结果适当的记录；

Provide  technical  advice  in  specialized  NDT  technologies  and  related  statistical  techniques；
在NDT专业领域和相关统计技术方面提供建议；

Release  the  goods  and  services  for  next  process  steps；
为下道工序放行；

Interpret  NDT  test  and  inspections  results,  stablish  and  maintain  accurate  records  of  tests  and  inspections；
评定NDT检验和试验结果，建立并保持准确的检试验记录；

Raise  NCR  in  case  requirements  are  not  satisfied；
一旦发生不符合，应确保NCR被发起；

Support  corrective  and  preventive  actions  are  initiated  and  completed,  where  required.
必要时，支持纠正和预防措施的发起和关闭。

Be  responsible  for  in-process  product  quality
对产品生产过程中的工作质量负责

Ensure  the  good  shape  of  key/important  equipments
确保关键、重大设备完好

MINIMUM  REQUIREMENTS
任职条件

?Education  /  Experience
教育背景及工作经验

?Medium  technical  school  or  above,  3  years  working  experience.
中专以上学历，三年以上相关工作经历。
?Have  received  NDE  professional  training  and  have  the  certificate
经过无损专业知识培训，并取得相关资格证

?Specific  knowledge
专业知识

?Basic  knowledge  in  boiler,  professional  NDE  knowledge,  relative  computer  knowledge.
锅炉压力容器基本知识、无损检验方面的专业知识，相关的电脑知识。
?Master  the  manufacturing  and  NDE  standard  of  boiler  and  related  components,  be  familiar  with  company  procedure  of  each  sub-component,  and  know  well  the  QC  procedures  and  forms
掌握锅炉各相关组件制造无损检验标准，熟悉各组件检验试验工艺流程，了解公司质量控制程序和表格
