ROSEN is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Beijing (China) office. The job will be based in Shunyi, Beijing. This person must have a strong command of English (both oral and written) to be able to communicate with our offices globally. The successful candidate will be a key part of the ROSEN China organization and will be given good development opportunities.

Role Description:
在大中华区发展ROSEN业务,包括管道清洁和无损检测等。
Develop ROSEN businesses in the greater China region, including pipeline cleaning and NDT inspections.
实现年度订单量、周转率和增长率目标
Achieve yearly sales order intake, turnover and growth targets
积极寻求业务机遇,包括开发下游销售渠道
Actively look for business opportunities, including developing downstream sales channels
与重要客户和商业伙伴建立、培养和维护关系
Establish, develop and maintain relationship with key clients and business partners
向销售总监汇报日常工作
Reports to the Head of Sales
职位要求:
Requirements:
具备石油天然气、管道行业经验者优先。
Experience in the oil and gas and pipeline industries is an advantage.
必须具有2年以上业务开拓或销售工作经验。具备储罐检测,管道内检测或无损检测销售经验者优先。
Minimum requirement of 2 years of business development or sales experience. Experience in tank inspections, inline inspections and NDT services is an advantage.
有强大的决心能把机遇转化为线索,将线索转化为销售额。
Strong determination to convert opportunities into leads, and leads into sales.
精通英文听说读写,较强的英文口语沟通能力。
Fluent reading, writing and communication skills in English, in particular oral communication.
能够承受工作压力。能够紧急出差。
Ability to work under pressure and travel on short notice.
积极主动并且拥有足够的组织和判断能力,可以独自完成销售业绩并且拥有良好的团队意识。
Proactive, highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve the sales target.
拥有在公司内部、外部良好沟通的能力。
Good communication skills with internal and external parties.
Microsoft Word、Excel等电脑软件的基本操作能力。
Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
