岗位职责：
Major  responsibilities: 

1.Prepare  NDE  working  instructions 
编制NDE作业指导书。
2.  Finish  any  agreed-to  NDE  tests  according  to  scheduled  plan. 
按技术规范对泵用材料试样进行NDE测试。
3.  Issue  NDE  test  reports.
开具探伤报告。
4.  Prepare  original  test  data  records  and  maintain  original  test  samples.
作好试验原始记录，分类管理好材料试样。
5.  Identify  and  solve  any  arising  problems  during  test  in  time.
发现并及时处理试验中出现的问题。
6.  Responsible  for  5S/EHS  management  in  material  test  working  areas  and  on-going  maintenance  for  equipment  and  quality  records  under  his  control.  And  also  responsible  for  compiling  daily  test  report  every  day  and  weekly  test  summary.
负责试验室区域的5S/EHS管理，  维护自己保管的设备与记录,  并负责每天按时填写测试日报与测试周报。
7.  Participate  any  kaizen  continual  improvement  plans  of  process  capability  and  5S/EHS  management  in  responsible  working  processes.
积极参加工作区域的过程改进与5S/EHS改善工作。
8.  Any  agreed-to  works  by  managers.
上级安排其它的工作。

任职要求：
Requirement:
College  diploma  or  above  and  major  in  metal  materials  or  mechanical.
大专或以上，材料类或机械类专业。
Material  test,  NDE  and  team  management.
材料测试，NDE与团队管理经验。 
More  than  2  year.
2年以上。
In  the  medium  or  large  manufacturing  field,  especially  in  equipment  industry. 
在中大型制造型企业，尤其在设备制造行业。
Thinking  :  strong  management  &communications  capability,  team  spirit,  problem-solving  skills,  customer  and  result  orientated  philosophy,  project  management  practice，5S/EHS  management
思考力:  管理与沟通能力，具备团队工作精神，解决问题能力，顾客与结果导向，项目管理,  5S/EHS  管理。
Acting  :  Proactive,  responsible,  Keep  with  standards. 
行动力:  积极主动，责任心强，坚持原则。
Business  trip:  30%  出差：  30%
