岗位职责：

 

按照工作计划完成日常的无损检测工作。

Based  on  work  schedule,  perform  the  daily  NDT  test.

根据规范和指导书设置超声波设备及参数。

Set  up  the  UT  equipment  and  parameter  in  accordance  with  specification  and  instruction.

对检测设备进行日常维护，确保检测设备的有效运行。

Maintain  NDT  equipment  and  documentation  to  ensure  the  equipment  effectively.

能独立进行设备操作及超声波检测。

Operate  the  equipment  and  perform  the  UT  test  independently.

记录超声波测试结果及根据要求进行判定

Record  UT  test  results  and  classify  these  on  the  basis  of  assessment  criteria.

超声波测试后金相样品的制备

Preparation  of  metallurgical  samples  after  UT  test

维护人员资质。

Monitor  own  recertification.

任职要求：


具有碳钢棒材和锻造基础知识。

Have  basic  knowledge  of  carbon  steel  bar  and  forging.

两年以上相关工作经验。

At  least  2  years  of  relevant  experience.

良好的超声检测知识，熟悉行业相关检测标准。

Good  knowledge  of  ultrasonic  test  and  familiar  with  relevant  NDT  standards.

至少ISO9712  UTI  资格认证。

At  least  ISO9712  UT  level  1  certificate.

良好的沟通和协作能力。

Good  communication  skills  and  ability  to  cooperate  with  coworkers.
