具体要求：
1. More than 3 years’ experience in the design of large motors and familiar with the construction of large vertical motors/具有大型电机设计3年以上工作经验，熟悉大型立式电机结构。
2. Having the knowledge of electrical, insulation and mechanical fields required for design of AC asynchronous motor/具有交流异步电机设计所需的电气、绝缘、机械知识。
3. Having general knowledge of classification, trademarks and mechanic properties of metal materials/具有在金属材料的种类、牌号、力学性能等方面的通用知识。
4. Having general knowledge of mechanical strength and sealing/具备一定的力学强度知识，具备一定的密封知识。
5. Having general knowledge of manufacturing and quality control/具有一定的制造及质量控制知识。
6. Good computer operation ability, and able to use AutoCAD, Office, UG and Pro／E design software very well/良好的电脑操作能力，能熟练使用AutoCAD、Office、UG、Pro／E等各种设计软件。
7. Good ability to draw mechanical drawings/具备较强的机械制图能力。
8. Excellent communication and coordination ability/良好的沟通及协作能力。
Good English or French reading and comprehension abilitty, and necessary listening, writing and speaking ability/良好的英语或法语阅读理解能力，有一定的听、写、说能力。
9. Bachelor or above degree in motor, electrical and manufacturing or relevant major/电机电器及制造专业或相关专业毕业大学本科学士或以上学历。
10. Engineer or above professional title/具有工程师及以上职称。
岗位职责：
1. Preparing design-related technical documents guiding the product manufacturing of the Company, according to the product project plan of the Company/根据公司产品项目计划，编制准备指导公司产品制造的各类设计类技术文件。
2. Provide technical services related with the product manufacturing and handle RCP motor-related technical problems in the manufacturing process of the Company’s project product/提供产品生产技术服务。处理公司项目产品制造过程中，与主泵电机有关的产品技术问题。
3. Prepare RCP motor-related technical documents during the project bidding of the Company/公司项目投标中的主泵电机技术文件准备。
Carry out schematic design and structural design of the pump motor of RCP unit according to the requirements of the Company＇s project after having the design capability/具备设计能力后，根据公司项目要求对核反应堆冷却剂泵机组主泵电机部分，进行方案设计、结构设计等。
