1.负责编制焊接工艺文件，确保焊接工艺文件正确、完整、及时，能有效指导生产。
Be  responsible  for  preparing  technological  documentation  on  welding  and  ensure  the  technological  documentations  are  accurate,  complete  and  timely  so  as  to  provide  effective  guidance  for  the  production.
2.负责焊接工艺装备图设计，确保满足焊接工艺的要求。
Take  charge  of  the  design  of  tooling  drawings  on  welding  and  ensure  to  meet  requirements  of  welding  technology.
3.负责对产品设计进行工艺性审查，并制定焊接工艺方案，确保产品设计工艺性良好，焊接工艺方案合理、切实可行。
Answer  for  technological  efficiency  review  of  products  design,  prepare  technological  schemes  on  welding,  and  ensure  that  products  design  owns  good  technology  and  the  welding  technological  schemes  are  reasonable  and  practical.
4.负责生产中焊接的技术支持、技术服务和持续改进工作，及时解决产品在制造过程中出现的焊接工艺问题，保证生产的正常运转，确保产品制造质量。
Be  responsible  for  providing  technical  support,  technical  service  and  continuous  improvement  on  welding  in  the  course  of  production,  and  solve  welding  technological  problems  in  time  during  production  to  ensure  the  normal  running  of  production  and  the  manufacture  quality  of  products.
5.负责生产过程中的焊接工艺指导和焊接工艺评定工作，确保焊接的零部件符合质量要求。
Take  charge  of  providing  technological  guidance  and  reviewing  on  welding  during  production  and  ensure  that  welded  components  shall  meet  quality  requirements.
6.负责焊接工艺的改进，及新工艺的试验、研究与推广工作，以提高产品质量，降低成本。
Be  responsible  for  technological  improvement  of  welding  and  the  ,  research  and  promotion  of  new  technology  to  improve  the  product  quality  and  reduce  the  cost.
7.督促检查制造部门按焊接工艺文件执行，确保焊接工艺文件的有效实施。
Urge  and  check  that  the  ｅｘｅｃｕｔｉｏｎ  status  of  manufacture  department  should  be  in  accordance  with  the  technological  documentations  to  ensure  efficient  implementation  of  the  welding  technological  documentations.
8.负责焊接工艺优化，提高焊接质量，降低成本。
Take  charge  of  optimizing  welding  technology,  improving  welding  quality  and  reducing  the  cost.

KNOWLEDGE,  SKILLS,  EXPERIENCE,  &  COMPETENCIES:  知识，技能，经验和资格
1、  焊接专业本科及本科以上，从事焊接专业工作5年以上者；
Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  welding  and  with  at  least  5  years  working  experience  related  to  welding;
2、  熟悉与焊接相关的法规、标准，具备国际焊接工程师资格证。
Be  familiar  with  laws  and  standards  related  to  welding.  Qualification  of  International  Welding  Engineer  is  preferred.
3、  能熟练使用CAD、office等办公软件；
Proficiency  user  of  CAD,  OFFICE  and  other  software.
4、  具有较强的书面表面能力，所编的焊接工艺文件在实施中能较好地起指导作用；
Stronger  written  capability  so  that  the  prepared  welding  technological  documentations  will  provide  better  guidance  in  the  practice.
5、  具有较好的沟通能力和团队意识。
Good  communication  capability  and  team  spirit.
6、  英语熟练，可独自翻译专业的技术资料(英译汉，汉译英),  能使用口语交流更好。
Have  good  command  of  English,  can  translate  the  major  document  by  oneself（English  to  Chinese,  Chinese  to  English），  English  communication  capacity  is  more  valued.

完成焊接工艺设计工作，对本公司的焊接工作提供技术支持，确保工艺文件达到正确、完整、统一的目的，保证公司生产的顺利进行。
