Alstom  Sizhou  Electric  Power  Equipment  (Qingdao)  Co.,  Ltd.  is  a  wholly  foreign  owned  enterprise  formed  in  April  2007  by  cooperation  between  Alstom  and  former  Qingdao  Sizhou  Electric  Power  Equipment  Co.,  Ltd.  Alstom  Sizhou  designs  and  manufactures  ash  handling  systems,  dry  and  wet  bottom  ash-handling  systems,  fly  ash  handling  systems,  coal  feeding  systems,  and  is  certified  to  design  and  manufacture  pressure  vessels  up  to  100  bar.  The  company  also  supplies  wind  towers  for  the  wind  power  industry,  steel  structures  for  boiler  parts  and  thermal  plants.  阿尔斯通四洲电力设备（青岛）有限公司阿尔斯通四洲电力设备(青岛)有限公司是一家外商独资企业，由阿尔斯通（ALSTOM）公司和青岛四洲电力设备有限公司于2007年4月组建。  阿尔斯通四洲设计并制造锅炉配套干式、湿式除渣系统、飞灰处理系统、压力容器、给煤输煤系统的相关设备并提供整体解决方案，拥有一二类压力容器设计和制造资质。同时为风力发电场提供各种类型的风塔，  为锅炉配件和火电厂提供钢结构。
