Bachelor  degree  and  at  least  2  years  work  experience  in  steel  structure  design,  or  master  degree  and  working  experiences  is  preferred,  mechanical  or  relative  engineering  major; 
本科学历及2年钢结构设计工作经验，或硕士学历有经验者优先，机械或相关工程类专业; 

Proficient  in  using  AutoCAD,  Office  and  other  software 
能熟练使用CAD、office等办公软件; 

Good  communication  skills  and  a  strong  sense  of  team  spirit

Be  able  to  read  the  related  English  documents  and  communicate  with  oral  English.  能够阅读相关的英文资料，能进行英语口语交流。

参与本部门钢结构产品设计工作，确保工作的及时和准确，以提高产品设计质量、降低设计成本，为公司能够按合同要求完成供货提供前期保证。 
Take  part  in  the  steel  structure  design  and  ensure  the  timeliness  and  accurateness  so  as  to  improve  the  product  quality  and  decrease  the  design  cost  and  provide  prophase  assurance  for  the  punctual  supply  according  to  the  requirements  of  contracts. 

完成与客户、设计院及其他相关部门的协作、配合与服务工作，为产品生产过程提供及时准确的相关技术支持，确保生产制造顺利进行，并满足顾客合同的要求。
